Set the song as standby music for the local number when receiving calls from external guests

I have 1 problem that needs everyone's advice and support

I am setting up waiting music for internal numbers, when from external customers to call the hotline number (for example 1900xxx), it will redirect to the internal number (not via Digital Receptionlist), but currently when calling the hotline number, I only listen to the waiting music as "TUT... TUT... of the internal number, I want to replace the waiting music "TUT.... TUT" with a song? Where should I install edits to do this?

In case when from an external customer number calls the hotline number (for example 1900xxx) via digital receptionlist, it will redirect to the internal number, I can set up waiting music for the internal number, but the customer must complete the greeting music of the new digital receptionlist Forward via internal number is not okay

Hi Lanindigo,

If you dont want the IVR greeting simply upload a blank file of audio and then transfer it on the shortest possible interval to the internal number.
