Hello

I need some guidance on setting up the W52P with 3CX. I've followed the manual provisioning steps outlined on this link:
https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/manually-provision-yealink-dect/

Apart from the above steps, I've also entered extension values for all the extensions under DECT phone setup (though I'm only using one), I understand there is/was an issue that the cfg file would not get generated if any of the extension values are left blank.

I'm hosting on Azure. I've been able to configure Web apps to receive and make calls, however am stuck in configuring the W52P device. I've added the Provisioning link in the Yealink Auto Provision setup under the Server URL. I'm not sure what values do I put under the User Name and Password fields on the W52P setup page though.

What makes you think you are supposed to put anything in those fields? Just follow the guide. You should have done this first:

Provisioning a Yealink DECT W52P/W56P with the 3CX v15

Which then links to the guide you posted for how to get the URL into the W52. Do note that your picture shows you configuring the W52 as local but unless you are sitting in the Azure data center you are most definitely not local :)

Thanks @cobaltit for prompt response!
I had started with the above link you shared, however, the page says that I need to manually provision this for WP series phones and so followed the steps outlined on the page and so got confused.

I'm not in the Azure data center, but phone is in my office locally :) and that also confused me.
Pardon me, I'm very new and had never setup 3CX before.

Since I'm not local, what should I choose between Remote STUN and SBC and where would I get the parameters mentioned in the guide from?

Okay, some progress here :) I am able to connect and register the device after choosing Remote STUN option. I am able to make outbound calls, however, the inbound calls do not ring on the device and goes to voice mail after a few rings.

It's working! I'm able to connect the device, not sure what the problem was before with the inbound call, guess had to wait for a few minutes?
Thanks @cobaltit once again!
