How I configure the openstage 40 sip on 3cx?

No idea what openstage 40 is but if it's a sip endpoint you would have to do it manually.

Had never heard of them before either. You will have to create an extension in 3CX, then use the extension number, 3CX server address and Password to configure the phone for basic service.

I checked my phone and it doesn't have sip support. The phone is tdm model.
