After the one year trial, I see the cost for a standard plan is listed as free for up to 4 simultaneous calls and up to 12 users. What is the cost if you need up to 5 simultaneous calls and only10 users for the standard plan? Does it just go up to the 8 SC/13 user cost?

3CX isn't limited by users, so 12 users is just a recommendation.

If you need 5SC you will need to buy a 8SC.

Thanks. Is there a way to see if and how many times I exceeded the threshold of allowed simultaneous calls? It would help me understand if I need to go up or not.

Not at this time. However if you are on the 4sc already you can set it to email you when it tries to exceed the limit. So if you drop to 4sc and need more you will get email notifications.

There's a cheap tool somewhere on the forum that helps calculating the number of SC usage. CallSequr or something like that.
