Sipgate Trial 056 numbers unable to make outbound calls UK based

Hi I am running 3cx on a windows 10 pro box and make incoming calls, however I can't make outgoing calls, maybe I missed something out. Sipgate portal is online, and I am based in the UK and using their 30 day trial with a 056 xxxxxxx number, I can make outgoing calls from an android phone with the 3cx client on though.

Any pointers would be appreciated, many thanks.

I have smart axxx... BTW I have a Grandstream GPX 1625 plugged in POE....

If you can make a call using the Android App, through 3CX, then I'm going to guess it has something to do with the settings (dialplan?) on the device, that does not work, or the extension settings (in 3CX). Compare a working call, in the 3CX Activity Log, with one that fails.

You might want to factory reset the Grandstream, and then start from here:
