Skype SIP not able to make calls

HI, i have skype connect im able to get calls it works great but i cant make calls can someone tell me if i have to make any config to make calls ? all iv'e done is configure the sip thats it do i have to create outbound rules ? or someting if so how ?

Yes, for 3CX to know where to send calls (which trunk), and the format of the digits to send, you must create outbound rules.

The system uses inbound rules and outbound rules that govern the calls via trunks.
