we are currendly testing 3CX and are using an Patton smart node 4120 for our BRI ISDN line from se Deutsche Telekom. We can get called but we cant make calls. What settings du i have to make to make it running?

With greetings FirstZero

Does the 3CX Activity log show the call being passed on to the gateway, or is it failing because of, perhaps, outbound rules or lack thereof?

It dosnt show anything in the log . Witch rules do i have to make?

as above check your outbound rules

ok we can now call to wired ühones but we can not reach into the mobile net ?

So you can dial out, over your providers trunks, but only to landlines? If that is the case then it may be one of two things...your outbound rules are not set-up to include mobile numbers, or, your provider blocks calls to mobiles because of additional cost, perhaps an option that you have not set up. The 3CX logs will show you how far the call gets. If it is being sent to the trunk group, and the number format looks to be correct (you may need to confirm that), then you may have to speak with your provider to find out what is going on.

I dont think that it is the Providers fault because the old ISDN thelephones could call Mobiles
