Recent convert to 3CX was previously PBXAct, (basically FreePBX but commercialized) by Sangoma, Converted due to the all in one concept (Chat, Text, Webclient) that 3CX gives us and the ability to directly connect with our SIP provider for SMS and MMS

I'm on Enterprise Annual with 8 concurrent calls Version 18.0 Update 2 Build 314

Here is what I want to do.

I have DIDs that have time based rules.

I have added a time based condition on the DIDs that says if it's between 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday go to the main Digital Assistant I created
If outside of these times go to the CLOSED Digital Assistant

The closed IVR allows callers to press an option to go to a licensed agent for any questions. However licensed agents are only available 8am - 8pm every day. ( We are a small group of realtors having phones rings 24/7 is too much, and agent's (Self Employed) aren't the brightest to remember to logout and login every day)

I want to be able to STOP calls after 8pm or before 8am so I made a call flow designer to do that
CFD for after hours Option.png

I did the build >>> Build All and went into admin portal to import it and clicked advanced, however I can't find the option to import it. Do I need to have more concurrent calls in order to use this feature? I'm really lost

Is the 3CX hosted with 3CX , if this is the case CFD are not supported

It is hosted, is it because it’s hosted with 3CX directly? If I host on my own would the same issue happen?

If you want, you can omit using a CFD altogether. You can actually get the behavior you described by using a routing/dummy extension.

Hope this helps.

Thank you Chris for that work around. That worked perfectly.

I do have one more thing not associated with this item. How do I get my tag to show my product instead of free user?

You need to have the same email as forum email and portal in order for the status to show.

Chris coming in with the save!!!......This is exactly what I was looking for since we have one client with 8:30a - 5p, 5-6p, and 6p-8:30a time frames. Thanks
