Hello folks,

Need a little help on a CFD configuration.

I need to send a request URL with a protocol number to open in the browser of a queue agent. All requests have already been created in the CFD and the protocol number stored in a variable. Is there any way for me to load this URL with the protocol number on the screen of the 3CX webclient? I know that in 3CX I have a field that I enter a URL to open, however, the variables are just name or number of the client. I'd like to try to replicate this function with more variables. Would it be possible? Can I develop a C# code to do the transfer to agent sending any parameters I need?

Hello Anderson,

The only way to do this is by attaching data to the call and emulate what the CRM integration does. This way you can pass the caller's name and CRM data, which includes an URL. The Web Client will show a link to open this URL, and it can also be configured to automatically open it. Please check this for more information:
