trouble installing new version as part of an upgrade

hello everyone i'm trying to upgrade 3cx versions by backing up and re installing a new version however it keeps saying there's an older version, please help me to install the new version and restore my backup.

Without being a linux guru at all (n'est ce pas Frederick ) i've never been in hard situation needing advanced knowledge on OS, never got failure on PBX either on SBCs.
