User's BLF will not update on any phone

3CX Version: 8SC Pro Hosted by 3CX Version 20.0 Update 9 (Build 995 Release - AI 1.4.48)
Phones used: Poly VVX 450, Yealink T46S

I have a user whose BLF's will not update after initial phone provisioning. The phone will take the initial BLF Configuration but any additional updates to the BLF after initial provisioning do not update to the phones used.

Checking event logs, I'm showing that the Extension has received the provisioning package successfully.

Unsure of what steps I need to take to resolve issue. Reaching out to the forum for advice.

@robert.sadler@bithappens. as a first step ensure that the phones are on the correce firmware :

Also, if you re-provision the phones, what happens ?
If the phones are remote, do you use an SBC ?
Provision also a 3cx client on these extensions. Do the BLF update ?

Do any configurations change after initial provision? Like if you change the last name, does it pull? narrowing it down if its a BLF issue or pulling the provisioning link issue.

I update the firmware to the recommended version listed here before provisioning: https://www.3cx.com/docs/phone-firmwares/

If I reprovision the phone the BLF's do not update still.

We do use a Debian SBC.

I'm checking into the 3cx client to see if it does show the updated BLF's just not the phones.

@robert.sadler@bithappens. when you update a BLF on the PBX, this means that the config file for the phones is updated.
You can check this with the 3 dots >> config as per the screenshot below.
This will show you what the config for that particular phones is.
Example I have updated my 6th BLF to SP0.
In the config file it will show like this : linekey.6.value = SP0
Then you will have to see if the phones can reach the PBX via https to get the new
config file and if they get it, why they dont apply it.

Well now the BLF's are updating on the phone so I'm at a loss as to what occurred but this thread can be considered closed.
