v15.5 to v16 gone horribly wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

The 'simple' upgrade from v15.5 to v16 has been a disaster for our own upgrade. We've been using 3cx internally since 2009 and have updated at various times to keep up with the flow.

Our operator extension was 700 and upto and including 740 for extensions.

Backing up the configuaration and securing it followed by uninstalling 15.5 and then followed by a restart. The installation of v16 and restoring the backup file progressed smoothly until a point where it deemed that the 700 extension was now reserved for webcalling and sked for an alternative extension for the operator. The only issue is that it's not possible to enter a new value as the field could not be written in. So now we couldn't progress with the upgrade. So thankfully I have the backup and want to install v15.5 so I can get our phone system operating again. But I can't find a legacy version of 15.5, I can only do v16!

Can anyone tell me where i can get a v15.5?

If your License already turned in V16, then even with v15.5 file it will be impossible to reinstall without 3CX assistance.

What browser were you using? If not chrome try with chrome it may let you edit the value.

Since 700 is now used by the operator it cannot be assigned for the Conference system. We will look into improving this.
