v16 - DECT Phones and Standard license

I am currently running v15.5 with a Free Standard licence. That suits me fine for the moment.

I like the look of some of the new features in v16 and would like to upgrade, but I seem to recall seeing in a vendor presentation that DECT phones (e.g. Yealink W52P) are only available in the Pro license in v16 (i.e. not available in the Free Standard license).

Can anyone advise whether DECT phones are supported in all versions (Free and Commercial) in v16?

All 3cx supported phones are supported in all versions of 3cx

You configure the phones under advanced - fxs/dect

Having upgraded, I now have the issue that my Yeaklink W52P continually unregisters.

This phone has worked flawlessly under Version 15 but since upgrading to Version 16, it constantly disconnects. No other changes have occurred, 3CX passes the firewall test, all phones are within the network (direct connection).

I have completely reset the W52 base and reprovisioned the phone, but it unregisters itself within 24 hours every time. I have to power down the base station, re-power it, and then phone will provision and stay connect for a while.

Any thoughts?

I would recommend the following as a start:

• Ensure you have the latest 3CX firmware and templates
• Remove device from the management console
• Factory Reset the device
• Provision again using the link above that @Saqqara posted with instructions

I have a W60B on 3CX 16 with no issues, if that helps.

Thanks for the advice. I did all of that last week with no success.

Weirdly, for about the fourth time, I power cycled the switch port over the weekend and it is now connected and seems to be performing as normal.

I'll continue to monitor it, but it seems to be OK.
