Yeah but the other side is receiving the message correctly and has none of those causes.

This is out of our control, we receive the error code from the provider and pass it in case it is not 200 OK to the user. You may seek support from the provider to get more information.

Can we expect Q toggle control feature (Option to enable/disable by supervisors) in this V18 major version?

If an electron desktop app isn't currently planned for macOS and Linux please consider it.

If or if not, you can use on both platforms already the web-based version.

Is this deployable administratively? Our 600+ roaming staff accounts (could use many PCs per day - we have 650 staff, 5500 students and 2500 PCs & Macs) would need this deployed and provisioned automatically (we currently export config files and then a login script auto provisions the Windows app if it's not already). Having them do it would be a nightmare and they'd end up just using Teams instead. Don't under-estimate how much help we need to give staff with things like this in education. In many cases we have to literally do 1:1 support for well over 200 people with major changes. (Note we can't use O365 integration with 3CX as we have to split each school in to their own extension range.)

Does this play nice with other apps such as Teams in terms of audio devices?

Exciting to see new developments, please don't take my comments as negative but these are real, genuine, major, significant issues for us.

Yes Nick. Specially in call centers, supervisors do not want to let the Agents to log out from the call queue at their discretion. Supervisors need some kind of control over it otherwise they cannot manage busy call centers.

It would be nice if you can add a configurable option user setting to decide whether user can toggle the Q or not. ( This is something similar configurable option you added for call recording control)

Not just on call centers. We have a few tickets each week whereby users "accidentally" log out of queues and their supervisor notices they aren't getting calls and raises a ticket. The perception of the supervisors is that the "phone system keeps going wrong". We obviously can't make accusations...

Does this new app support click to dial / clipboard dialling ? at present we use a short code (ctrl-shift-D) to highlight phone numbers (for example in an email) and send them to the windows client to dial - is there a feature for this in the new windows app please ?

By the way, it'd be nice if the Electron app kept its last window location. I put it to the side of my screen then close it. When reopened, it goes back to the center and not at the same height... I like my taskbar clean lol

I’m running my test server with v16 on Debian 10 (installed it myself, not with the 3CX ISO), but wasn’t offered the upgrade to alpha 4 or alpha 5.
All other v16 updates always went fine and were offered automatically.
Of course I can manually reinstall, but I thought I’d post it here as well.

Running on Windows, is there any way to install and activate the chrome extension? It seems like the only option is to install the electron app now - something which some of our locked down machines would not be able to do. Whilst I love the idea of the electron app, I would hope that this is in addition to the existing functionality of the chrome extension, so that users have a seamless cross platform experience, especially with our customers with Chromebook users.
