V20 Pro w/Patton SN4141 Gateway, phones constantly hang up when answering call and re-ring again.

Fresh new install with V20 4SC Pro license and have a situation where I have configured Inbound/Outbound call routing. If someone calls in, it hits Ring Group 80 for 2 extensions. You go pick up the call and it hangs it up, but then it rings the phones again, go to pick up and hangs up again and 3rd time will accept the call. Sometimes it works on the second attempt but never the first. Have removed the Patton gateway and rebuilt the config. Deleted the Ring Groups and rebuilt them and almost about to rebuild the whole system. Downgraded the phone firmware to test that and still an issue. Had it so inbound calls ring just 1 phone.

Phone rings Ext 10 --> Go to pick up and it then terminates the call and Rings another BLF Line key. Pick that one up and again and it terminates the call. I have deleted Ring Groups and made it so that the Patton only goes to a User extension and same thing. If I look at the Call Logs this is what comes back,

@PatM try to eliminate some factors here.
Setup the Ring Group with the 2 extensions.
Then from another extension call this Ring Group directly and answer the call from 1 of the 2 extensions.
Does the issue still persist ?
If not, this excludes the PBX from this case and you will have to check the logs
on the Patton device to identify the source of the issue.

Thank you @NikosT_3CX for the suggestion. Will attempt that when I return later this morning. Did some other testing after posting last night. Call the 3 phone #'s coming into the building my results were as follows.
Call in on 8024 main published #, whether it is using a Call Group or ring directly to just 1 extension, phones act up and are not working properly.
Call in on rollover # 8025 which is not published, call comes in and you can pick up as you would normally and no issues.
Call in on rollover # 8026 also not published and call performs as it should whether it is routed to a call group or a single extension.
Go to cal in again on main published # 8024 and phone rings, pick up and it terminates the call and re-rings again even though it shows you have already answered the call.
Have a call into the telecoms provider to see what may be going in on their side after discovering that last night. Also reached out to Patton to see what they have to say about it.
