Stay alerted to critical system issues with native health monitoring.

V20 Update 7 Final is ready for production following the Alpha, Beta, RC, RC 2 and RC3 cycle. It strengthens system reliability with System Watcher for service monitoring and auto-recovery, plus faster and encrypted Backup & Restore V2. AWS S3 support expands remot...

Another great release (I admit and try to hide from Nick, Nichola, and the Team) that I was running RC3 to a few production.... I meant "test" systems

THANK YOU for the hard work and the ever improving system!

MS SQL BUG. You can connect to SQL and create the tables and do the initial sync. However its failing on updating

Data Transferring to sql server failed due to the following reason: Failed to offload `public_cdrbilling`: Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Invalid object name 'information_schema.columns'

Thanks for the update.

I'm a little confused by the remote storage error on Version 20.0 Update 7 (Build 1057 Release) and seek clarification on the intended behaviour of the Data Archiving warning in the dashboard.

For many of our smaller clients, we use AWS Lightsail instances, which for a 2gb/2vcpu get 60GB SSDs. This local storage is ample, and they neither need nor have paid for a separate remote storage solution for archiving call recordings, voicemails, etc.
The Instance gets a snapshot nightly and the configuration gets backed up.

I've noticed that the only way to remove the red warning bar from the dashboard is to enable "Data Archiving to remote storage" for all available options. See below in red.

My question is: For instances where remote archiving is intentionally disabled, is this red warning bar permanent? Or is there a configuration setting I've missed that allows us to disable this alert?

It seems counterintuitive to have a constant warning for a feature we don't intend to use.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

That's one thing people never seems to praise the 3cX dev team for, is how robust and solid the software is. Here's my official shout out to this claim.

How are the new Yealink phones supported regarding router phones?

Great update 3CX Team!!!

I really love the new system alerts.

Already looking forward to the next release and hoping it includes the following:
  1. Clicking on a column heading to sort. Worked well in v18.
  2. Searching across fields: For example, i searched for a mobile number that I know exists, but no results found. This worked well in v18 to be able to search across fields.
  3. Department Phonebook: I know this is in the works but still thought I would mention it here because it is much anticipated.
Thanks again 3CX Team!

For 2. Go to reports and inbound rules, then search for number.

Not sure if it's a new thing, but only noticed it recently. If you program a DID to queue and name it, for example. Then instead add the same number to something else like a department, the name is removed.

Are there some plans for the T88W? Would be really welcome as router phone as the T58W follower :)
No plans to add the T88W or any Android OS based IP phones for the near future.

According to Yealink datasheet, the T58W is android based and it's supported on 3CX, why this T88W will be not the case if Android is the problem ?

Thank you.
