is there any news on when update 1 is going to be released not in beta and with update 2 is coming if it have the seadualed reports function back as this was hinted at being release some time ago thanks graham

AFAIK 3CX only supports/allows one router phone per extension and it has to be the first phone configured for the extension.

You are remembering V18. In V20 you can add multiple phones to your extension, whether Local / SBC / Router and in any order you want.


PS: The first one does not need to be a router phone, unless you have no SBCs and need to start with one before adding normal phones behind it.

In v20 the options for phone connections are to Connect via SBC/Router Phone, Connect Directly, and Local LAN/VPN.

None of the options offer creating a new Router Phone, which is what Connect Directly does. It might be a good idea to add "(router phone)" to the option so it says "Connect directly (router phone)" so that it's obvious.

Thanks for adding the ability to add multiple router phones in v20! Much appreciated.
