I have the Enterprise version with a Failover Server that is part of the license. In the webinars that was offered in May there was nothing mentioned about those who have an enterprise versions and a failover server. In looking there is nothing in the FAQ or the checklists as to which one to upgrade first the failover or the primary.

I asking those from 3CX to reply here and advise on an enterprise license with a failover at a different which upgrade is done first the primary or failover. And is there anything additional in the checklists that need to be done on either server

The requirement for failover is that both PBXs are running the same version, so no matter which way you do it, there's going to be some down time. Though, you should upgrade the failover first, then the primary.

Like Alphabetic says, with our on-prem PBX I disabled failover, upgraded the passive server & confirmed there were no issues, then upgraded the active server & e-enabled failover. This leaves you with a working system to fall back on should things go sideways with either server upgrade process.
