Voice mail menu not accessable.

I am unable to access the voice mail menu when dialing the voice mail menu extension while the digital receptionist message is playing. When I dial the extension I am placed on hold for a second and then sent back to the digital receptionist. The voice mail menu extension number is 9999. This feature was apparently working before. Any help would be appreciated.

What PBX version are you running? Are you on the latest service pack?
Are you calling from an external number or from a different extension? Are all your services started?
