I testing the connect to ipAustria. It´s a VOIP Provider
I have one Login and all extension from my telephone number will be routing to the 3CX.

How have I set the VOIP Provider in 3CX v12?

I can only add one Provider with the same Authentication ID.
So I have to set the main NUmber:
07207255

and want to have 3 extension inside:
07207255 - 120
07207255 - 121
07207255 - 122

I guess I have to set the DID?

Yes, you will need to set the DID and associated inbound rules to point the DIDs to the desired extensions. You add the DIDs under the provider of interest and go from there to how the DIDs are call handled.

The manual has the instruction set on how to do as it is quite easy.

Ok, incoming calls now working.

But outgoing the next problem.
I get the audio message "this number is not available" if I want to call outside.

ext 122 want to call to 066415****

I mean the authentication for ipaustria is wrong. To itentify the right number, ist must have:
0043720720***122

But how can I set this?

I'm assuming that registration on the trunk is successful.

Are you suggesting that it is the caller ID that you are sending that is being rejected by your provider (have you spoken to them about the issue?), or, are you sending the correct digits/format/length?

It´s difficult to get infos from ipAustria.

I know that the extension have to set his number in this format:
0043720720****ext

I set this at the extension for the number.
