Just tested and read the Whatsapp integration Xelion is offering here in the Netherlands and this actually works very nicely. Is there a reason why 3CX can't offer a simular solution?
We are helping some local initiatives who are setting up Corona information lines. They feel a whatsapp message is sometimes the easiest and cheapest way for people to get in touch and get the correct information. We cannot offer this integration and now pbx and messaging are seperated. I'm wondering why 3CX cannot do this. Also CM is now a supported trunk and they have done this together with Xelion. Would be a serious +
