Who can assist us to disable the IPV6 for one of our instances.

There is no option to disable it on the 3CX-hosted instance.
Can you advise why you want to do this and what is the reason for this requirement?

I think the main trigger for requesting disabling IPV6 is that for Voicemail and Recording Transcription, on your instructions (https://www.3cx.com/docs/voicemail-transcription/) will be a good idea to let know users they should use IPV6 and not the IPV4 in the application restriction section in google console.

I got my Voicemail and Recording Transcription working now and no longer need to disable IPV6 (as suggested in this forum on another posts)

Hope this works for other users searching for a simpler answer.

You actually should use both IPv4 & 6 and then configure it accordingly and as in the example shown above (your screenshot) you can use comma as a separation for the second entrie.

Thanks, I think will be very effective to add this information on the official 3CX instructions.
When you use IPV4 you only get blank transcriptions

The link to our instruction you have above is actually there in Step 9.
