why no way to select all in phone firmware update?

Just wondering: why isn't there a way to "select all" in phone firmware update downloads, or at least mark the irrelevant phones so they no longer show up? The way it is, you have to either go through all 52 entries one by one or live with the updates button continuing to show 52 updates pending...

If you hold Ctrl you can select multiple phones and push the firmware update to them all, or well at least you can in v14. If they removed that in v15 would be quite silly...

I never used v 14, but I can say that in v 15 the usual windows trick of holding ctrl down and clicking multiple items does not work (whatever you last clicked is the only thing that remains selected). And the usual windows trick of holding down the shift key and clicking a second item in order to select everything in between doesn't work either.
