Yealink - Config DssKey in UI failed..

Hello,

We are using 3Cx installed on a local server by our side, managing several numbers and trunks.
All the users are using Yealink T48S.

I've generated a configuration file .cfg that I manually imported on every devices after they get registered with background image wallpaper and DSS Key shortcuts.
During several months, I worked perfectly but now... Every morning (or almost...) the phones go back to black screen and without the shortcuts! I believed and inquiry in many ways like if it is due to some restart of power, network, trunk disconnection... ,without success.

It makes my users very nervous and forced me to spend hours to manual import the config file into the UI again and again.
I would like to create a template and redo the registration on the phone with a template forced by the 3Cx.
Can you give me a couple of helpful information?

phones: Yealink T48S - 66.83.0.20
server: Professional Perpetual 15.5.0

Take the existing T48 template and make a copy in Settings, Templates.
Make the changes and Save.
Goto the extension and Add a new phone, select your custom template, and enter the MAC Address.

NB: This method is not supported by 3cx incase some change you make in the template is corrupt.

I finally decide to re-do all my templates following this help :

For this model of Yealink it is very annoying, because I only duplicate one that create 20 more templates (one for every related models of Yealink but anyway!)

Let see if tomorrow the config will stay or not!

It actually creates "1" template - but shows up 20 times because there are 20 models inside the template. If you want to get really crafty - and only have 1 of those phones - you can remove the references to the other models at the top of the file.

The reason your settings where removed each morning, each day the 3CX templates are pushed out to the phones, thus overwriting your settings.

As you have done, you need to create custom templates.
