Hello,
I have discovered something strange with our Yealink T58 video phones. The phones failover to a different WAN and can no longer make calls, as soon as it goes back through WAN 1 it works as normal.
I then start testing and sure enough, no calls work when on BT. I tinker with the setting on the phone and under Settings>Video there's a setting 'Video Active' with the options: Disabled, Video First and Optional. The default setting was Video First, but since changing it to Optional outgoing phonecalls work!
So am I right to conclude that BT is somehow blocking the call if it is going out as 'Video First'? Am I missing a port to open that is exclusive to our Yealink T58 phones?
Is there a way in 3CX to change the template to make 'Optional' the default? (Yealink tells me the CFG config I'm looking for it 'video.enable')
Thanks in advance.
