Just wanted to share what I found after doing this myself if thats ok.

I read these threads (locked): https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/yealink-w60b-extensions-not-registering.79005/
https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...egister-after-vpn-breaks-and-reconnects.62465

And this article: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-dect-w52p/

Still having trouble, could not get the sets to register. Still looking further into this but hoping it would help someone else also: in the W60B configuration GUI, under "Accounts" I had to set transport mode to TCP, I did not see this mentioned anywhere.

Thanks

If you have to set the transport to TCP to get it to register that generally points to a network issue.

The UDP requests seem to never make it out of the network.

I am able to use a VPN to make this particular setup work.

I'm guessing SIP ALG could be my original problem.

Hi @rgoldman

Please read our guide first and make sure the device is on the latest firmware 3CX supports.
A factory reset and reprovision is also a must, the guide below has you covered fully:

STUN has more requirements than people might think, and is heavily dependent on your network conditions allowing it to pass through. Sometimes you get lucky, and sometimes your don't..
Make sure to read this article and ensure all points are met, so we can take luck out of the equation. If all else fails, a 3CX SBC may make your day a sunny one ;)
