As you have always default password to access on GUI DECT Base it's absolutely sure you never provision your W60B

Step 1 of the guide asks you to upgrade the firmware from a specific site.

Your firmware should be 77.83.0.20 but you have 77.83.0.65 which is neither recommended not tested at this point.

Please take care of this part first so we know we have a good starting point, and then start from scratch using the guide step by step. I can confirm it works fine when doing it this way.
