Added Integration for Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB

Database Integration with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB in 3CX v16 - v1a

3CX v16 is really elevating server-side integration with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to maximize your flexibility and potential. Keeping up with our open standards and barrier-breaking tradition, we are also adding integration with the popular Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB databases.

Creating & Syncing Contacts

These integrations in 3CX v16 PBX provide valuable functionality to automatically:

  • Create new database contacts for incoming calls received from unknown numbers.
  • Lookup database contacts on external incoming calls and synchronize contact details to 3CX Contacts for quick reference.
  • Automatic incoming call pop-ups in the 3CX Web Client, displaying the caller's contact/customer record from a custom database query.
  • Call journaling, logging all available call details to your database for reference and reporting.

The above integration functions enables you to transform your call data into real business intelligence and get new insights into your operations.
