It's time for another training workshop for our newer partners who are not yet basic certified! In order to get a foot on the ladder and progress to the higher levels of the partner program, you need to be certified at the required levels. This is a great chance to get started with some basic level training!
The workshop will take place on Friday October 18th 2019 in the Spark Training Room at the Meridian in Tampa, Florida and is open and free to all new 3CX partners.
Taking part in 3CX training sessions is a great way to prepare for the 3CX Academy exams and get certified. What's more, attendees will gain the skills and knowledge needed to handle larger and more complex installations, gain greater customer confidence, and learn how to earn additional profit from service revenue. Once you're Basic Certified, stay tuned for the next round of Intermediate and Advanced training events to go up to the next level!
