For those of you not yet Basic Certified, and therefore not eligible for the Intermediate and Advanced Training in August, we've organized a Basic training event so that you can get the ball rolling on your training and certifications.
The workshop is set to take place on Friday 23rd August 2019 in the Spark Training Room at the Meridian in Tampa, Florida. The training event is open and free to new partners who are not yet certified at the basic level.
This is a great chance for you to really develop your skills and knowledge of 3CX and be able to offer a better service to your customers. It's also an excellent opportunity to do some networking, catch up with the 3CX team and learn more about the latest features and improvements of the PBX. Being Basic Certified will give you access to more advanced training sessions and will prepare you for the Intermediate and Advanced certification exams, which are required in order to progress to the higher levels of the partner program.
