It's a new year and with that comes new goals! Why not make advancing your 3CX certification one of them? Basic Certified partners looking to become Intermediate and Advanced Certified will have the opportunity to learn from the experts in a series of training events this March in the UK.
The four workshops are scheduled to take place on Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th March in London at the Hotel Mercure London Heathrow and on Thursday 7th and Friday 8th March in Leeds at the Mercure Leeds Parkway Hotel. The training sessions will cover both Intermediate and Advanced 3CX material and are an excellent way for partners to study for the certification exams as well as learn more about the latest features and improvements. We would also like to take the opportunity to remind partners that, should they wish to maintain their partner level or progress to a higher tier, certification at the specified level is a pre-requisite.
The training events are open and free to all 3CX partners that are already certified at the basic level. The programs will enable attendees to handle larger and more complex installations and boost profits and customer satisfaction with the knowledge and skills needed to deploy and maintain 3CX customer installations.
