We're back and already preparing for the next round of training events! This time we're venturing out of Tampa bringing our team members and expertise to a state near you!
Our training tour is set to kick off on Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th April in Washington at the Courtyard by Marriott Arlington Crystal City. Next up we'll be heading over to Chicago on Thursday 9th and Friday 10th April at the Hilton Garden Inn followed by the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Los Angeles on Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th April. We'll be finishing up on Thursday 16th and Friday 17th April in Texas at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Dallas.
The training events are open to 3CX partners and are completely free to attend. We only ask that all those wishing to attend are at least Basic Certified, as the workshops will cover Intermediate and Advanced concepts only. If you're not yet basic certified, you can do so easily and for free by following our online course and taking the certification exam.
By attending you'll gain the skills and knowledge needed to handle larger and more complex installs, ways in which you can boost profits with value add sales, provide better customer service, and be better prepared for the 3CX Certification Exams.
