The 2on2 Basketball tournament by Stoiximan is an annual event organized by Neoclis Theocharides and the team at CyprusBasket.net in an attempt to bring together fans of the sport and members of the local community for a fun weekend of competition!
3CX loves a chance to support the local community, particularly Cyprus sports, and so we proudly sponsored the 14-18 men and women category. The 2on2 tournament took place at the Costas Papaellinas Keravnos Stadium in Nicosia, home to one of the oldest sporting clubs in the country, Keravnos Strovolou.
The event, which took place from 24th - 26th May, featured 2on2 games with 288 registering participants, three-point legend contests, half court shoots, and the chance to meet a number of basketball pros including Giorgos Anastasiadis, Panos Serdaris, Vladimir Lukic and Panathinaikos legend Dimitris Diamantidis . As well as the main event and fun activities, the tournament also featured an exciting celebrity match and a wheelchair competition.
