We have now made it easier for you to contact us and let us know if you feel we can improve our service towards you.
If you have a complaint with our sales or support teams, or are unhappy with our service or software, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the past, we have received some complaints via our forums and Facebook Page which makes it hard to keep track and to respond. All complaints received via the complaints email address will be dealt with by management in a timely manner.
