A subsidiary of the global Falck Group based in Denmark, UCM specializes in delivering pre-hospital emergency systems and has over 35 years experience in the field.

UCM utilizes the latest technologies on-board their mobile units and so, was in need of a phone system that could keep inline with their modern and innovative approach as well as deal with the demands of the call center. Their outdated NEC PBX was limited in its functionality and therefore hindering the productivity of the company's call center agents.
