We also wanted to improve the tools that we provide you with, to monitor your customers, specifically the partner and customer portal. We have completely redesigned the 3CX portal to bring you a brand new, improved interface for better usability and a more straightforward and valuable experience.
The portal has undergone a makeover, and is now much cleaner, more modern and easier to navigate, placing all of your most important elements right where you need them. Conveniently view your installations, licence keys and leads and purchase upgrades, maintenance and support with just a few mouse clicks.
Soon, you will have the ability to easily monitor V15.5 installations, whether on-premise or in the cloud, from one central dashboard. That’s right! You will be able to view critical information such as free disk space, number of extensions, password security and backup status right from the partner portal.
The new portal also offers one-click access to important resources such as PBX Express (for quick cloud deployment), support, documentation, webinars and the 3CX academy.
