Martin Langmaid, the Technology Architect of Pluss Connect who oversaw the 3CX deployment, later had the opportunity to review the work and detail it in a concise manner. The below video shows how they prepared for the roll out and how they installed 3CX Phone System. Thanks to detailed planning and 3CX auto-provisioning features 200 handsets were all ready for use within 48 hours.
“This is the first time since we have installed 3CX that I have had to take a moment and look back over what we have achieved, and when I think about it, it really was quite an achievement… when you consider that there were 30+ sites spread across the whole of the UK. We did this of course by taking advantage of the Yealink auto-provisioning features in 3CX and it worked right ‘out of the box’ so it is perhaps more of a reflection of 3CX’s usability.” – Martin Langmaid.
