We would like to thank you for your continuous contribution to the 3CX forums. You might already be aware that we’re updating our login process for all 3CX forums whereby you will be able to login with the same credentials you use for the Partner or Customer Portal.
What does this mean for you? You will no longer have to remember a separate set of logins; just one set of credentials for anything 3CX!
What do you need to do?
- If you did not already update your email address to match that of the portal please contact us.
- Alternatively, you can create a new forum account with the same email you use for the portal or vice versa.
This change has already been implemented today. If you already use the same email address for the Portal and Forums then you don't need to do anything.
And that’s it. Super easy. One Account. All of 3CX.
