- 21st December - Open until 1:30PM Eastern Standard time / 7:30pm Central European Time
- 24th December - Closed
- 25th December - Closed
- 26th December - Closed
- 31st December - Closed
- 1st January - Closed
All Support Center Operations shall return to normal as of 2nd January 2012
