3CX wins 1st place in Germany’s connect professional’s readers’ choice “products of the year 2023” in the category telephone systems.
Every year, the magazine Connect Professional nominates hundreds of products from the most important IT and telecommunications industries and puts them up for readers' choice. This year almost 35,000 votes were cast in 19 categories. On July 20th, all winners gathered in Munich's Seehaus to receive the prizes.

3CX Wins Most Innovative PBX Product on the Market
The readers' choice is an important industry barometer for the most innovative products on the market, both for Partners and customers. That is why 3CX and its CEO Nick Galea are particularly pleased about this award:

Who Voted?
This year, as part of the connect professional readers' poll, a brief survey of general information about the participants themselves was gathered for the first time in order to get an overview of who voted. Here are some results:
- About 33% of the participants are from the enterprise businesses
- 25% from small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
- 15% upper SMBs
- 15% small companies
- 13% did not provide any information
More than half of these companies (55%) are from the IT and telecommunications industry.
These numbers suggest that 3CX appeals to a wide range of businesses and that 3CX Partners are a huge building block to success.
