With V16 we introduced the 3CX Instance Manager. The instance Manager is ideal for resellers who manage multiple 3CX instances. By simply logging into your partner portal you can see if any instances require immediate attention and even take actions directly from the portal.
Setting it up is easy. Just activate the instance manager from within the management console of the PBX, link it to your Reseller ID and then login to your portal. That’s all there is to it!
