3cx configuration issue on debian 9

Hi,

We have upgraded the 3cx version to Debian 9 and installed 3cx from the server. while configuring 3cx we are getting the below-attached error.

I have tried after disabling ipv6, but still getting the error. Please advise.

May I know how to find out the 3cx version, i'm on the configuration page, so I'm not able to find out from front end.

It seems like PostgreSQL is not running or is being blocked.

Please described EXACTLY step by step the procedure you used, do not leave any details out. I suspect there is something crucial that was done which cause this component to break.

Unfortunately, we cannot use Debian iso to boot the server, because we use a dedicated server.

Can you get a KVM from your provider? or ask them to put the media in for you? if it's a HP does it have iLO? Dell, iDRAC?

May I know why we get a kvm, because of it just a configuration issue?

Please check the first screenshot, I have shared. I request you to a solution for the configuration issue. The above you are provided is so complicated.

a KVM allows you to access your ded server as if you were in front of it. It could give you the ability to load media in to it so you can install the ISO. The suggestion above is to reinstall 3CX with the Debian ISO. I was providing you with ways you can acheive that. You need to contact your host provider to ask them to assist with getting the media in.

You will need to wait a week to able to use the same FQDN. Or you can release your licence from the FQDN and chose a different one.
