Hi there,
I have a case, where the customer has hosted license (Pro 16SC) and they want to migrate their PBX locally, on their own server (self-hosted). The license is expiring next month, so we are preparing this, with the scop to renew it without the hosting option.
As usual, I got a backup from the running system and setup already a local server. During the restore of the backup I get the following message:
When I click the blue "OK" button (the only available option in this message) the procedure is stopped. This is happening after the port configuration and of course after clicking the "Next" button.
So here we are. What is the procedure we should follow, in order to restore a hosted running system on an on-premises server and make it running with the existing license (which has the hosting option)?
Thanks a lot in advance for your support and all the possible answers.
With kind regards,
Angelos Pitsos
