Hello,

Since the discontinuation of the Desktop App, using 3CX on macOS has become much less convenient for users.

Even when installing the Web Client as a PWA, there's no proper pop-up window for incoming calls.

The ringtone works fine, but users often have to search for the application window or tab to answer the call.

In a work environment with multiple open windows, this can lead to slower response times and even missed calls.

On Windows, the application available through the Microsoft Store provides a much more visible notification and call window.

On macOS, there's currently no equivalent offering the same user-friendliness.

This also poses a problem for users with a PC and headset: the ringtone can play in the headset, but if the headset isn't being worn or the notification isn't immediately visible, the user doesn't have a clear indication that a call is coming in.

My question is therefore: are there any planned improvements to incoming call handling on macOS, or are there plans to develop a native application that would display a proper call window?

Thank you in advance for your feedback.
