Solved Answered calls within a Group show as missed

Hello,

When someone is calling a Ringing Group, and someone answers, other members in the group consider it as a "Missed Call".

Is there a way to set up 3CX, so that it recognizes that the call has been answered by another Ext. in the Group.

Lastly, correct me if i am wrong, when someone within a group receives a call it should not be recorded as a missed call, but if it goes to the fail over destination, it is.

Hi Nikola,

Are you using "Prioritized hunt" as a ring strategy? If so, then all members that rang before the member who picked up will have a missed call.

Otherwise, if the call is dropped or left unanswered and goes to destination if no answer, then everyone gets a missed call.

It really does.

Just to clarify things.

If the Ring Strategy is setup to be "Ring All", then only the fail over, or hung up calls will be recorded as missed. Otherwise when one of the members answers the call, other members wont have it in their Logs.

Edit: If the Fail Over is a Queue that contains the same members as the Ring Group, should i put the Queue on "Prioritized Hunt", or in this case, they will have the missed call anyway.
