Good Afternoon.
I've come across an odd quirk that was brought to my attention by a customer of ours.
When using the Windows app, and mobile app (Android and iOS), the blind transfer isn't behaving as it normally would...or did.
A user will receive a call and intend on transferring that call to another extension. They will click transfer (Blind, not attended), dial or search for the destination user, click call, and they will be kept on the call, but hear nothing. This remains like this until the far end answers the call or it times out to Voicemail.
They can however click the red end button and that will drop them out of the transfer process and not impact the transfer, however is used to do this automatically. I've also been able to reproduce this on our server we use.
We're both on v20, Update 4.
I can reproduce this on the Web App, New Windows app, Old Windows App (no longer supported), and the mobile apps. The desk phones are not impacted by this. The B-Transfer works as expected.
I'm wondering if this has been like this since update 4 and I just never noticed (I never transfer calls) or if it is something else.
Any ideas would be helpful. The "Enable Transfer Back on Busy" is not enabled on either system.
Thank you.
