Bug report - End call annoucement and Music on Hold played simultaneously

As shown in my screenshot, when the call reaches the "no-answer" destination and is set to "End call" with an audio file:

The audio file plays at the same time as the hold music.
That doesn't sound great...

The behavior you are describing is expected.

When the Play Announcement option is enabled for the Queue's Destination if no answer, the announcement is played while the call is still within the Queue's audio context. Therefore, the configured Music on Hold will continue playing in the background while the announcement is reproduced.

During the announcement, the volume of the Music on Hold should be reduced, and once the announcement finishes, its volume will return to the normal level.
