Solved Call by name - Use first name

I know there have been posts about this.

this post (https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...l,more than 1 match) in the company directory.) says it's been implemented but i can't seem to find a setting to actually change this.

I'm trying to change it for a customer of mine and i can't seem to find a way to change this aside from this post (https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/call-by-name-using-first-name.34561/)

Is anyone able to provide me son assistance or clarification?

In v18 the default "Call by Name" prompt says to press 1 for first name, 2 to for last name.
(if you upgrade from v16, upgrade prompts in Settings/System Prompts to get the new prompt)

Unfortunately the customer in question is still running v16 (we're holding off on upgrading at this time)

No problem. 3CX may need to update the doc page, wherever that is. I found out after telling a new client it was only Last Name. It's a family company so most have the same last name. Added the option, got an error saying the prompt was not found (it is not added during the 16->18 upgrade), updated the system prompts, and found it was first name also now, so got to give the client the good news.
