I have a sheet from my telco that shows me the prices per minute. So I dumped that in excel, divided that by 60 (seconds) and those numbers I added into the Call Costs table. Took 5 minute, bit tedious but done. Now when I run a report, and look at the pricing its deviating a bit from my manual calculation?
For example: 2minutes and 11 seconds = 131 seconds
Call cost per second is 0.04
So you would expect the cost to be 5.24, however the system tells me the cost is 0.08
I might have misunderstood, but is the call costs in minute or seconds?
Also, In the region I operate (UAE), the currency needs us to use something greater than 0.005 but the 3CX system can only go upto 0.01. How would that be solved?
Thanks!
