Solved Caller display name

Hello,

I need some informations about caller display name. Let's me introduce our call flow:

-> External inbound calls are forwared to a ring group of 3 extensions.
-> After 15 seconds, if no answer, the call is forwarded to a call queue with all extensions.

My problem is that when the call reach the queue, the caller displayed on the phones is the name of my first ring group. Is it the normal behaviour ? Is it a way to keep the external caller number and display it on the phones of the call queue ?

In the PBX check under Contacts >> Options and see the setting:
"Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID".
